We source our ingredients from nearby waters and farms, choosing produce that captures the spirit and artistry of the coast itself. Seafood fresh from the morning’s catch, herbs from local growers, and meat from trusted producers, all cooked over live coals to honour their natural character and celebrate simplicity and skill in equal measure.
